What Is TEREA Turquoise?
TEREA Turquoise is one of the menthol-family flavours in the TEREA lineup — heated tobacco sticks made exclusively for IQOS ILUMA devices. Where classic TEREA tobacco flavours (Bronze, Amber, Yellow) lean into pure tobacco character, Turquoise sits in the cooling category, layering a crisp mint sensation over a smooth tobacco base. It’s become one of the most requested menthol options among adult
IQOS users in Dubai, largely because it avoids the two extremes some menthol sticks fall into — either too weak to feel refreshing, or so strong the tobacco character disappears entirely. Turquoise is built to sit in the middle: noticeably cooling, but never at the expense of the tobacco flavour underneath.
Why Menthol TEREA Flavours Do So Well in Dubai Specifically
Menthol and cooling-style heated tobacco sticks consistently perform well in warm-climate markets, and Dubai is no exception. A few practical reasons explain this pattern:
- Heat-driven preference — a cooling sensation feels more refreshing in high ambient temperatures, which is part of why menthol options tend to outsell purely tobacco-forward flavours in hot climates.
- Year-round demand — unlike seasonal fruit flavours in some product categories, menthol tobacco sticks see consistent demand across the calendar in the UAE.
- A familiar bridge for smokers — many adult smokers transitioning from menthol cigarettes look specifically for a heated tobacco option that preserves that cooling sensation, making Turquoise a natural first choice.
- Versatility across daily contexts — a moderate, balanced menthol like Turquoise works as comfortably in the morning as it does in the evening, unlike sharper, more intense mint or ice flavours that some users reserve for specific moments.

Two Turquoise Editions Sold in Dubai — Don’t Mix Them Up
If you’re searching for “
TEREA Turquoise Dubai,” it’s worth knowing there are actually
two separate Turquoise-labelled products available through
Vapora Dubai, sourced from different regional manufacturing editions. Both are TEREA sticks, both work with IQOS ILUMA, and both share the same cooling-menthol concept — but they’re listed as distinct products with their own stock and pricing:
🛒 TEREA Turquoise Menthol — Kazakhstan Edition — 120 AED → | 🛒 TEREA Turquoise — Kyrgyzstan Edition — 120 AED →
If you’ve tried one edition before and are reordering, it’s worth double-checking which listing you originally bought from, since regional editions can carry subtle differences in sourcing and batch labelling even when the flavour concept is the same.
Flavour Profile: What TEREA Turquoise Actually Tastes Like
On the first draw: A clean, immediate mint sensation opens the session — cool and smooth rather than sharp or medicinal, with no harsh chemical edge.
Through the middle of the pack: The cooling effect settles into the background while a mild, rounded tobacco flavour becomes more noticeable, giving the stick a more balanced character than flavours that lead purely with menthol.
Toward the end: Unlike some cheaper menthol products that turn harsh or flat near the final sticks in a pack,
TEREA Turquoise is designed to hold a consistent flavour profile from the first stick to the last, thanks to the batch-level manufacturing consistency TEREA products are built around.
Overall character: Medium cooling intensity, medium tobacco strength — positioned as a genuinely balanced option rather than sitting at either extreme of the menthol spectrum.
How Smartcore Induction Technology Shapes the Experience
TEREA Turquoise — like every stick in the TEREA range — is built specifically around
Smartcore Induction System™ heating, which is a fundamentally different approach from the blade-based heating used in older IQOS generations.
What this means in practice:- No heating blade touches the tobacco, so there’s no blade residue building up inside the device over time
- Heating happens from an internal metal element inside the stick itself, heated via magnetic induction rather than external blade contact
- More even heat distribution across the tobacco plug, which is a large part of why the flavour holds steady from first puff to last
- Reduced device maintenance compared to older, blade-based IQOS systems
This is also the reason TEREA sticks — Turquoise included — are not interchangeable with older HEETS sticks made for blade-based IQOS devices. The two formats use fundamentally different heating mechanisms and are not cross-compatible in either direction.

Device Compatibility
TEREA Turquoise is designed exclusively for devices using induction heating technology, which covers the current IQOS ILUMA family:
Compatible devices:- IQOS ILUMA
- IQOS ILUMA ONE
- IQOS ILUMA PRIME
- IQOS ILUMA i, i ONE, and i PRIME

Not compatible:- IQOS 3 / IQOS 3 DUO
- IQOS Multi
- Any older, blade-based IQOS device
If you’re not sure which generation your device belongs to, check whether it uses a physical blade that inserts into the stick — if it does, it’s an older model and will not work correctly with TEREA sticks, Turquoise included.
For adult users new to IQOS ILUMA, using TEREA Turquoise follows a simple routine:
- Ensure your IQOS ILUMA device is charged. A full charge before first use helps the device calibrate accurately.
- Insert the TEREA Turquoise stick fully into the device — there’s no blade to align, so this takes only a couple of seconds.
- Start the heating cycle by pressing and holding the device’s activation button until it signals heating has begun.
- Wait for the ready signal, typically well under a minute.
- Draw steadily. Slow, even draws tend to bring out the cooling and tobacco balance more fully than short, rapid puffs.
- Dispose of the used stick responsibly once the session ends — each TEREA stick is designed for a single use cycle.
- Clean the heating chamber periodically, even without a blade, to help maintain consistent performance over time.
The Rest of the Regional Flavour Range

How Turquoise Compares to Other TEREA Flavours
| Flavour | Cooling Level | Tobacco Strength | Best For |
|---|
| TEREA Turquoise | Medium | Medium | Balanced menthol seekers |
| TEREA Yellow | Low | Smooth | Light smokers, mild tobacco |
| TEREA Amber | None | Medium-Strong | Rich tobacco lovers |
| TEREA Silver | None | Light | Beginners |
| TEREA Purple Wave | Medium | Fruity-inspired blend | Fruity-leaning tastes |
| TEREA Provence Pearl / Sun Pearl | Low-Medium | Light-aromatic | Aromatic, delicate profiles |
If you find Turquoise’s cooling level a touch too strong or too mild once you’ve tried it, this table is a useful reference for which direction to move in — Yellow or Silver for less cooling and a smoother tobacco lean, or exploring other menthol-adjacent options in the wider catalogue for something more intense.
A Brief Note on TEREA as a Brand
TEREA is the consumable line developed specifically alongside the IQOS ILUMA device generation, replacing the older HEETS sticks used with earlier, blade-based IQOS models. Rather than a single global flavour list, TEREA is produced across multiple regional editions — Indonesia, Uzbekistan, Japan, and the Kazakhstan/Kyrgyzstan collection that includes Turquoise — each with its own take on core flavour concepts like menthol, tobacco, and aromatic blends. This regional approach is why the same broad flavour idea (cooling menthol, in Turquoise’s case) can appear under slightly different edition names depending on where the sticks were manufactured, which is exactly the situation with the two Turquoise listings covered in this guide.
- Menthol fans who don’t want to lose the tobacco character — Turquoise is built specifically to avoid the “all mint, no tobacco” feeling some menthol sticks have.
- Adult smokers transitioning from menthol cigarettes — the cooling profile offers a more familiar sensation than a pure tobacco TEREA flavour.
- Warm-climate vapers — a cooling finish tends to feel especially refreshing in Dubai’s heat, which is part of why menthol options perform well locally.
- Anyone who found stronger menthol sticks (like some Black or Green menthol variants elsewhere in the market) overwhelming — Turquoise’s medium intensity is a gentler middle ground.

Verifying Authentic TEREA Turquoise
Counterfeit heated tobacco sticks are a genuine concern across the UAE market, and TEREA in particular is a frequent target given its popularity. A few things worth checking before you buy:
- Original factory packaging with sharp, clear printing — blurry or low-quality print is a common counterfeit indicator
- Intact factory seal on the outer packaging
- Consistent batch numbers printed clearly on the pack
- A reputable, authorized retailer — genuine TEREA products should only come through verified UAE vape retailers
- Prices that aren’t suspiciously low — counterfeit stock is sometimes priced well below the typical 120 AED range to attract buyers
Vapora Dubai sources its TEREA range through authorized supply channels and enforces 18+ age verification both on-site and at checkout, which is the baseline every legitimate seller in this category should meet.
Common Mistakes to Avoid When Buying TEREA Turquoise
- Assuming the two Turquoise editions are exact duplicates without checking. While the flavour concept is the same, they’re separate listings with independent stock — check both if one shows as unavailable.
- Buying from unverified marketplace sellers. Third-party listings with no clear UAE business presence carry a higher risk of counterfeit stock.
- Ignoring device compatibility before ordering. Confirm your device is genuinely an IQOS ILUMA model before purchasing — older IQOS devices will not heat TEREA sticks correctly.
- Storing packs in a hot car or direct sunlight. This is one of the most common causes of degraded flavour quality reported by users.
- Overlooking the free shipping threshold. Ordering a second flavour alongside Turquoise to cross the 300 AED mark is an easy way to avoid delivery charges.
Storage Tips
- Keep packs sealed until ready to use, protecting them from moisture and direct sunlight
- Store below room temperature where possible, but avoid refrigeration unless specifically recommended by the manufacturer
- Avoid hot cars — Dubai’s summer heat inside a parked vehicle can affect both flavour and tobacco condition
- Rotate between flavours if you buy in bulk, which some users find helps avoid flavour fatigue over extended daily use

How strong is the menthol in TEREA Turquoise compared to other flavours?
It sits at a medium cooling intensity — noticeably refreshing without overwhelming the tobacco flavour, positioning it between stronger menthol variants and milder, non-menthol options like TEREA Yellow or Silver.
How many sticks come in a pack?
Each pack contains 20 heated tobacco sticks.
You can buy genuine TEREA Turquoise from
Vapora Dubai, with fast delivery across Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, and the rest of the UAE.
Is TEREA Turquoise suitable for daily use?
Yes — its medium-strength menthol and tobacco balance is designed to be comfortable for regular, all-day use rather than an occasional, high-intensity option.
How can I tell if my TEREA Turquoise pack is authentic?
Check for original factory packaging, an intact seal, sharp print quality, and a visible batch number, and only buy from a verified retailer like
Vapora Dubai.
Can I mix TEREA Turquoise with other flavours in one order?
Yes — you can order multiple flavours from the regional collection in a single delivery, including tobacco-forward options like Amber or Silver alongside Turquoise.
How should I store TEREA Turquoise to keep it fresh?
Keep packs sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and hot vehicles, and avoid refrigeration unless the manufacturer specifically recommends it.
Is TEREA Turquoise the same as older HEETS menthol flavours?
No. HEETS was designed for older, blade-based IQOS devices, while TEREA — including Turquoise — is built specifically for the induction-heating IQOS ILUMA family. The two formats are not interchangeable, even though both fall under the wider IQOS heated tobacco brand.
Can I switch between the Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan Turquoise editions without any issues?
Yes. Both use the same IQOS ILUMA-compatible TEREA format and follow the same cooling-menthol flavour concept, so switching between them is straightforward — many customers simply order whichever edition is currently in stock.
Does TEREA Turquoise produce visible vapor or smoke?
It produces an aerosol rather than smoke, since the tobacco is heated rather than burned. There’s no combustion, no ash, and significantly less lingering odor compared to a traditional cigarette.
What should I do if my preferred edition is out of stock?
Since both the Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan Turquoise editions share the same flavour concept, checking the alternate edition is usually the fastest way to find equivalent stock without waiting for a restock.
Final Verdict
TEREA Turquoise has earned its place as one of the more requested menthol options in Dubai’s IQOS ILUMA market by striking a genuine balance — real cooling sensation without sacrificing the tobacco character underneath. Whether you go with the Kazakhstan or Kyrgyzstan edition, the flavour concept and Smartcore Induction performance are consistent, and either makes a solid entry point for adult users who want something more refreshing than a classic tobacco stick without going as intense as some of the stronger menthol variants on the market.
